House Rules

-> CHECK OUT 10:00 AM *Additional charges may apply in case of late Check Out. Please inform Resort Management in case of expected delay in Check Out.

-> Upon arrival, a key to the room is provided at the reception. Guests are required to hand over the keys to the receptionist upon departure. If guests lose or do not return the keys, they are obligated to pay the penalty of PKR 2000.

-> Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document.

-> Guests may have visitors in their rooms which must be registered at the Reception. However, no visitors are allowed to stay overnight in rooms without prior information to the Resort.

-> Make sure to lock your rooms when leaving because Resort will take no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. In case of any loss, you are requested to immediately inform Resort.

-> As far as possible, avoid eating in rooms. It is advised to use the Resort Dinning Area for meals.

-> Do not use iron, hot plates, or any other heating devices in the room. Laundry and ironing services are provided by the Resort for guests.

-> For any damage caused by the guests to Resort property, the guest is obligated to cover the cost of damage.

-> Loud noises or music is prohibited during night hours, 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM; so that other guests are not disturbed.

-> There is a free parking area provided by the resort for the guests. However, you may only park at your own risk.  Pets are not allowed.

-> If you have any suggestion on Resort services or if you have any technical problem in your room, please feel free to inform us at your earliest convenience. In case of late notice on any complaints, when Resort has no chance or time to react, the resort will not be subject to providing a discount of any sort.

-> Weapons, explosives, alcohol, inflammable materials, other dangerous chemicals or any contrabands are prohibited.

-> Resort reserves the right to refuse further hospitality to the Guests, who bother or disrespect other Guests or disregard the House Rules.

Terms and Conditions

-> Cedar Huts will only accommodate registered guests. To ensure compliance, all guests must present a valid CNIC, passport, or other official proof of identity at the front desk upon check-in.

-> 50% reservation charges must be made by the guests for confirmation of booking.

-> Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

-> Guests may occupy their rooms for the reserved duration. Any changes to the stay period must be communicated in advance. If no prior notice is given, guests must check out by 10:00 AM on their departure date and ensure the room is vacated accordingly.

-> Resort Management may accommodate guests, who wish to extend their stay, in a different room subject to availability.

-> Guests are entitled to use their rooms for the reserved duration. In case of early departure, no refunds will be made.

-> Reserved rooms will be held until 7:00 PM on the scheduled arrival date. If guests fail to check in by this time without prior notice of a late arrival, the reservation will be canceled, and any deposit or reservation charges will not be refunded.

-> Cancellations made 72 hours prior to check-in date are refunded fully. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the advance payment for the entire booking.

-> While we maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, the hotel cannot be held liable for injuries resulting from accidents or misuse of facilities.

-> For the safety of your loved ones, please ensure they are supervised, especially minors, while enjoying the riverside or hiking trips etc.

-> Minors under 18 years, male or female, are not allowed to stay at the Resort without being accompanied by their parents or guardians.

-> All bills must be paid in full before departure using cash or a valid digital payment method. Please note that cheques are not accepted.

-> Guests are not permitted to rearrange furnishings, tamper with electrical systems, or modify any hotel installations without prior approval from management. Any malfunctions or issues encountered during the stay should be reported to the reception for prompt resolution.

-> In the event of illness or injury, the hotel can assist in arranging medical care or transportation to a hospital if necessary. Please note that all associated costs will be the responsibility of the guest.

-> Guests are expected to maintain a peaceful and quiet environment during night hours and should avoid causing any disturbances to other guests staying at the resort.

-> Pets are not allowed inside the resort.

-> We shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, wars, revolutions, natural disasters (such as fires, floods, and earthquakes), explosions, epidemics / pandemics, government regulations, or any other events beyond our control.

-> Respect to nature and property is the responsibility of the guests. Please ensure no garbage is thrown except the garbage bins and no damage to property is made. Any damaged property will be charged in full.

-> The hotel management retains the sole discretion to allow or deny entry to any individual within the premises. Furthermore, management may request any guest to vacate their room at any time without prior notice or explanation. Guests are required to comply, and failure to do so may result in the removal of their belongings and reassignment of the room. This action will only be taken if the guests’ behavior disrupts the environment or poses a safety risk to the Resort, its staff or other guests.

-> Guests are required to adhere to the provisions of these terms and conditions. In the event of a breach, the hotel reserves the right to terminate the accommodation agreement prior to the agreed departure date.
